Cleaner (Part-time)

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct heavy lifting as necessary, moving furniture or equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning.
- Assist in facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or required repairs to management.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely when needed for specific cleaning tasks or maintenance duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- A keen eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
