- Experience with Audatex and Mitchell estimating programs is an asset

As one of the first points of contact with our customers, your customer service skills need to be impeccable, you will be accepting insurance assignments, and contacting customers to book estimate and repair appointments using ProgiSync.

You will be preparing thorough estimates using Audatex and Mitchell estimating programs to provide detailed repair estimates to customers, insurance appraisers, and adjustors. Must be able to complete and submit repair estimates and supplements to insurance companies in accordance with insurance guidelines in a timely manner. Analysis of the collision repair process from start to finish, including supplemental damages.
