Production Associate

On the Water Designs, located at 1490 Hwy 11 North in Kilworthy, Ontario, has been in business in Muskoka since 2000 and continues to grow each year. We manufacture wooden and aluminum framed docks, boat lifts and other aluminum products for residential and commercial waterfront clientele.

**Responsibilities**

Your role will fall under one of these departments that supports our dock manufacturing initiatives: Decking, Detailing, Plastic Fusion or Metal Fabrication. Production duties occur indoors and outdoors and could include cutting, punching, drilling & assembly of wood, plastic and aluminum materials. Other duties may also be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Keen eye for detail
- Punctual everyday as the production line requires you to be here on time
- Ability to work independently and be productive if waiting for a task to be assigned
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Experience with hand tools including drills, saws, presses, grinders & sanders
- Experience working with wood and aluminum
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a demanding and time sensitve environment

**Salary**: $19.50-$24.00 per hour
