Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

Branch procedures:Help facilitate procedure updates and communicate company information to employees.

Suppliers Payments:Control and audit the suppliers invoices and payments flows

Team Support:Assist the business in all administrative functions

Inventory:Assist in Inventory control, cycle count reconciliation and postings

Expedite Purchase Orders:Contact vendors and inquiring on status of inbound orders.

Team Support:Answer calls and facilitate coordination to appropriate parties.

Office Management:Supplies, Communication, Paperwork.

Job Requirements:
Office Package

Excel is a plus

ERP systems is a plus

Must be able to communicate fluently in English and French. Any additional languages are beneficial and would be considered an asset

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

HS Diploma or equivalent

2-3 years of experience

Expectations:
Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.

Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality

Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently

Able to self-motivate in a fast pace, multi-tasking environment

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

Complete all duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
