**WHO WE ARE**
Music Therapy Services of Simcoe County has been specializing in supporting the mental health, developmental, rehabilitation and recreational needs for the people of Ontario since 2001. MTSSC team members enjoy a diverse caseload working with clients of all ages and with a variety of needs and diagnoses.
**WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE?**
- Run group and individual sessions for music therapy and recreational programs
- Complete all documentation as per MTSSC guidelines including session plans, assessments, treatment plans, session notes and progress reports
- Learn songs and interventions to use with clients on your caseload
- Build proficiency with voice, guitar and piano
- Receive weekly supervision for clinical questions and skill development
**HOW DO I QUALIFY?**
- Student or graduate of a recognized music therapy university program
- CAMT Member in good standing
- 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination (as per long-term care requirements)
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to relocate to the Simcoe County region
