Inventory Control Specialist

**Duties**:

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for all products
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
- Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any inventory-related issues
- Monitor and track inventory movements, including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Perform regular analysis of inventory turnover rates and recommend actions to optimize stock levels
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using inventory management software/systems (e.g., ERP, MRP)
- Experience operating pump truck or other material handling equipment is a plus
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace operations
- Proficiency in Excel for data extraction and manipulation is highly desirable
- Ability to visualize data using charts, graphs, or other data visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
