**Job Profile Summary**
Life Time Athletic Resorts are destinations for hospitality professionals seeking a lifestyle career with an established and growing company. The Membership Concierge - New Business Development position offers presence and prominence within our healthy way of life community affording you the opportunity to develop and expand member outreach to targeted communities and help members live heathier, happier lives.
**Position Summary**
As a Membership Concierge - New Business Development Team Member, you will serve as a professional in account maintenance, service delivery, programming insight and member/guest engagement. Develop and implement an outreach program for persons of Middle Eastern descent living in the Ontario area to increase membership penetration and support a positive, inclusive member experience. Grow your skills and build your professional network through self-directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals. This position will support all three Life Time clubs in the Ontario area.
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort with an emphasis on positive, inclusive membership experiences for diverse members.
- Develop and implement outreach program for persons of to increase membership penetration for persons of Middle Eastern descent in the Ontario area.
- Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests, particularly for those speaking Farsi and Arabic
- Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Assists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments
- Serves as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions, particularly for those speaking Farsi and Arabic
- Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources
**Minimum Required Qualifications**
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Hospitality-Related Field
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
- Ability to speak Farsi and Arabic
- Passion to serve others
- Effective communication skills
