**SMART FIX (FUTURE TECH) IS URGENTLY HIRING**

Join a locally owned and operated store to help customers with their electronic devices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Soldering
- I.C Repair
- Screen Replacement
- Battery Replacement
- Computer Repair Skills
- Maintenance and repair of devices
- Assemble and dissemble devices
- Produce high-quality products through working with the team, other technicians, and management.
- Additional tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Previous experience as repair technician
- Working with a variety of tools and equipment
- Self-motivated and team player

**Additional Requirements**:

- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
- You maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
- You reassure customers when delivering product diagnoses and potential solutions.
- You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
- French Proficiency is a plus but not required.

**Key qualifications**:

- Ability to assess customers’ support needs when they arrive, then provide solutions or refer them to other team members.
- Flexibility to regularly rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets.
- Ability to thrive on change as products evolve.

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
