Le titulaire du poste est responsable des opérations de restauration et des opérations culinaires qui lui sont confiées. Il veille à la satisfaction des clients et des employés, au respect des normes et à la réalisation ou au dépassement des objectifs financiers.

**PROFIL DU CANDIDAT**
**Formation et expérience**
- Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires ou GED ; 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l'alimentation et des boissons, de la cuisine ou dans un domaine professionnel connexe.

**OU**
- Diplôme de deux ans d'une université accréditée en gestion des services alimentaires, gestion des hôtels et restaurants, hôtellerie, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ; un an d'expérience dans le domaine de l'alimentation et des boissons, de la cuisine ou dans un domaine professionnel connexe.

**ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES**
**Aider à la gestion des aliments et des boissons**
- Créer et entretenir un environnement qui mette l'accent sur la motivation, la responsabilisation, le travail d'équipe, l'amélioration continue et la passion du service.
- Fournit un excellent service à la clientèle à tous les employés.
- Répond rapidement et de manière proactive aux préoccupations des employés.
- Utilise ses compétences en matière de coaching dans l'ensemble de l'établissement.
- Fait preuve de confiance en soi, d'énergie et d'enthousiasme.
- Motive et encourage le personnel à résoudre les problèmes des clients et des employés.

**Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel**
- Fournit un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Répond rapidement et de manière proactive aux préoccupations des clients.
- Comprend la culture de service de la marque.
- Définit les attentes en matière de service pour tous les clients, en interne et en externe.
- S'approprie la plainte ou le problème d'un client jusqu'à ce qu'il soit résolu ou qu'il ait été traité par le responsable ou l'employé compétent.
- S'assure que les plaintes ont été traitées à la satisfaction du client.
- Développe une relation avec tous les clients afin d'établir une clientèle répétée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'entreprise.

- Respecter toutes les procédures comptables de l'entreprise.
- Aider le directeur général, le cas échéant, dans le cadre de l'audit annuel de la qualité.

L’échelle salariale pour ce poste se situe entre $46,000 et $67,448 par année.
