**INTRODUCTION**

As a Lead - Audience & Optimization, you’ll be the go-to for campaign set-up using LoKnow’s tech and other industry-leading advertising channels and platforms. Reporting to the Supervisor - Audience & Optimization, you will have the opportunity to use your developed media buying skills every day on LoKnow’s diverse clients, assist other team members and learn new tools and platforms.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**Responsibilities**
- Sets up, monitors and optimizes advertising campaigns with a high degree of autonomy, using tools such as, but not limited to, Display Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Meta, and Spotify with exceptional quality
- Books, tracks and adjusts campaign budgets and expenses using project management software
- Analyzes data across multiple platforms to develop campaign strategies
- Develops real-time reporting dashboards as well as status updates based on client requests
- Assists in training technical skills for Audience & Optimization department
- Monitors new industry trends and works with department leadership for integration into current processes and knowledge base
- Works with internal teams across Canada, including supporting our client facing teams with questions to ensure effective communication with clients and partners
- Offers occasional direct support to clients to help resolve technical problems with shared tools such as Meta Business Manager and Google Tag Manager
- Provides general support and works closely with senior Audience & Optimization staff to support department projects
- Other responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of demonstrable experience using Facebook Business Manager, Google Marketing Platform (DV360, CM360, Google Ads) and other DSP’s such as The Trade Desk, Amazon or other
- Previous experience in an agency or other dedicated media buying team, with a strong understanding of how to collaborate with client facing teams
- Certifications in platforms listed above will be considered a strong asset
