Irrigation Supervisor

Reporting to the Pest Control Manager, the Irrigation Supervisor is responsible for the upkeep, monitoring and performance of the irrigation room and system in the greenhouse, working to meet established standards and targets.

**Job duties**:

- Continuously monitoring water quality from source to crop to ensure treatment systems are running and effective.
- Continuously testing and monitoring of water plus treatment systems in all areas involved in irrigation.
- Complete all related testing as required and keep up to date records of results.
- Maintaining the irrigation room in a neat and organized fashion at all times.
- Complete preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for irrigation systems as needed
- Weekly sample taking and submission of results
- Report any issues to Manager and/or Grow Team as needed
- Assist growers with soil EC and pH readings to monitor crop development.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Skills Required**:

- Prior horticulture or irrigation experience required
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and their upkeep required
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interpret water analysis reports and act accordingly
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment
- Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records of various reports.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and goals.
