Busser

We are seeking a Busser to become an integral part of our team You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
- Decorate tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers
- Place tableware and condiments on tables
- Serve water and welcome snacks, like breadsticks
- Refill beverages and take orders
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
- Provide special silverware sets to families with young children
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Requirements**:
A breakfast restaurant is looking for friendly, courteous and QUICK Bussers and Helpers. Being a team player is essential as you will be working with servers, other bussers, cooks and dishwashers to provide a great dining experience for our valued customers. Expect busy days on your feet and be ready to lift heavy objects.

Bussers are usually part time employees and must be prepared to work on the weekends.

Hours of Operation:
Monday to Sunday
- 7 am until 3 pm.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Collingwood, ON L9Y 4S8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
