We are currently looking for a **WMS Systems Analyst **to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

**HYBRID WORK MODEL: Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Work from home Thursday and Fridays.**

**On-call is required and paid, rotated amongst the team. Travel within GTA 20%.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design, configure, and customize WMS solutions to meet customer requirements and projects.
- Meet with internal and external team members to gather customer requirements. Provide recommendations.
- Analyze current WMS processes and solutions, recommend improvements, and problem identification.
- Implement WMS solutions and upgrades.
- Develop and execute test plans and test environments to validate functionality against design requirements, manage QA and customer acceptance testing based on the WMS solution.
- Document documenting process flows and operational procedures, changes and test results.
- Work with WMS vendor support team for system capabilities and trouble shooting.
- Resolve WMS issues and implement change requests. Follow SLA.
- Provide WMS system training to management and end-users.
- Provide go-live operations support and ongoing WMS support as needed.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with WMS development, analyses and support.
- Strong working knowledge of RF systems and devices.
- Experience in documenting process flows and operational procedures.
- 5 years’ experience with WMS development, analyses and support. E.g., Korber (HighJump), Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc.
- System Integration with WMS.
- 3 years’ experience working with C#, XML/HTML and Python.
- 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or latest.
- Dedicated project commitment to providing acceptable and timely deliveries.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written, oral and presentation form.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- High tolerance for stress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making skills in a team environment.
- Team cooperation and respect is required.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with attention to detail.
- Work on-call to support weekend and nights.
- Travel within Canada (20%).
