More specifically, this position would include:

- The collaborative development of a multi-year planning framework and action plan for APEX to define, quantify and identify calls to action regarding key with KPI’s for monitoring APEX efforts in this space. This will necessitate the leading of (but not limited to):

- Research and analysis of executive and work health with an identification of priorities and opportunities for positive change shared with partners, collaborators, and colleagues within a cost recovery environment.
- Developing an evidence-based storyline to articulate APEX’s comprehensive insight into executive and organizational wellness (current state of wellness amongst executives as well as causes of stress, areas of interest with respect to programming and service offerings, etc.).
- Identifying existing and informing the development of appropriate resources and marketing strategies as resources allow.
- Maintaining a forward-looking vantage point to ensure the research findings remain relevant to individuals and organizations mindful of the evolving operational environment.
- Initiating and overseeing special workplace wellbeing projects based on the research and in support of the APEX Corporate Strategy.

**Workplace**:
As we transition toward the APEX Workplace of the Future, staff are being encouraged to plan on spending more days working in the office for day-to-day operations. New APEX employees will need to commit to 40% in-office presence.

While APEX transitions for employees in the NCR, telework agreements in support of regional inclusion are possible.
