We are looking for a Project Manager to lead projects and achieve the target project delivery objectives and obtain the expected business value. Supporting the Enterprise Project Management Office and IT teams, the project scopes will be diverse, and success will be measured by business impact. These projects are enterprise level and will evolve collaboration across multiple geographies, departments, and vendors.

Acting as a project delivery catalyst, you will partner with key stakeholders, your peers and team to drive and support optimal project delivery for the company as we continue to evolve and mature our PM practices and methodology.

**What will you be doing in this role?**
- Actively manages end to end deliverables of the Project.
- Ensure the project is conceived and progressively built on with proper governance at each phase. This includes and is not limited to seed funding, business case, CBA, resources and cost model, assumptions, dependencies, issues and risk logs, gate governance artefacts, project charters, project plans, change control logs, benefits realization.
- Drives scope that includes business outcomes and
- Plan, actively manage, and Track Project. Work with technical lead, product owner and team to build bottom-up schedule and task
- Leading the project team on design requirements, schedules, cost estimates, as required on
- Supervise and review project progression with standard metrics and status
- Ensure projects adhere to the organization framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each
- Make recommendations and be involved with important decision making on highly technical and complex aspects with interdependencies of project delivery. Able to bring together all pertinent concepts for execution by others.
- Responsible for defining scope and creating WBS (for waterfall projects) and Sprint plans (for agile projects); verifying scope with business and following right process to monitor and control changes on
- Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, schedule and
- Proactively manage deadlines and ensure appropriate communication is provided (to relevant parties) when schedule and cost conflicts
- Identify, document and socialize Project CARDI for Constraints, assumptions, risks, decisions, dependencies and issues at every project phase.
- Spearhead identification of both execution (includes delivery, financial, resource, quality risks) as well as operational risks (for control operating environment)
- Maintain at all points the current and updated logs on project CARDI, in the designated project
- Engage 1st and 2nd Line of Risk throughout Project delivery (all phases)
- Participate and provide relevant project artefacts for internal as well as 3rds party
- Define, develop and document Project Budget forecasts (e. Project Cost Model) as it pertains to the various phases of the project as well as the various elements of Project Budget - includes Resources, Hardware/Software, Training, Marketing, Communications, Change and run aspects of project (when a project transitions to Business as Usual phase of the project)
- Facilitate approvals for Project budget baseline with the sponsors at each project
- Perform monthly diligence on Project financials as it pertains to identifying accruals, socializing and soliciting approvals on the
- Accountable to ensure Vendor invoices are approved based on factual / empirical
- Accountable for actuals reconciliation against project budget for Hardware, Software, Permanent as well as Contract resources. Accountable to investigate and troubleshoot any discrepancies in Project financials.
- Institute and adhere to Change Control governance with respect to Project Financials with tight control over scope and variances to baseline approvals.
- Facilitate re-baselining of project budget, where required, with clear documentation of change in scope, soliciting approvals from Project sponsors.
- Enable objective and factual financial data points for effective decision-making. Accountable for overall project financials
- Lead the efforts on identification of resource skill sets required for all the phases of project. Lead, in partnership with Architects and Technical Leads, the phasing and pacing of shared skill sets deployment to project planning and execution.
