Luggage Repair Technician

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Inspect luggage to identify issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair and replace damaged components such as zippers, handles, wheels, and straps
- Patch and reinforce tears, holes, or other structural damage
- Clean and refurbish luggage interiors and exteriors
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Provide estimates and recommendations for repair services
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in luggage, suitcase, or bag repair preferred
- Strong knowledge of different luggage materials and construction methods
- Proficiency in using repair tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
