**Your Impact**

Plooto is seeking an experienced a Chief Revenue Officer to all revenue generation for Plooto. You will be responsible for end-to-end revenue-related functions, from marketing to sales, customer success, pricing, and revenue operations. The selected incumbent will create and drive a revenue strategy that is focused on improving sales performance, delivering a best in class product and pricing strategy while maintaining an incredible customer experience.

The CRO will need to create a growth strategy that will open up new paths for revenue while building upon existing revenue streams. They will need to have direct knowledge in how to build out processes and procedures to support this growth for longevity. As a revenue owner, it will be vital that your decisions are founded in data and that you leverage Plooto’s written culture to align and gain buy in from your internal and external stakeholders.

You will own the go-to-market strategy inclusive of pricing and product structure. You will need to understand our customer at the core and be able to deliver a revenue model that is both advantageous for Plooto and our Customer. Leveraging customer insights, data and industry benchmarking will be critical in rolling out a high-performing strategy.

You will lead multiple divisions such as Growth Marketing, Partnerships, Adoption and Experience. It will be vital that you are able to create and set a vision that aligns each of these teams along the same path.

**Your Background**

You’ve been an integral part of fast-growing, high-performing tech companies throughout your career as a revenue expert. As a SME in the space, you have in-depth knowledge of developing a successful go-to-market strategy and revenue generation strategy. Plootonians are data-driven, and so are you; you are curious by nature and dig into the quantitative aspects of previous roles. As a Leader in the space, you have a network of peers who can act as advisors as well as attract and retain high performing Plootonians.
