Renovation Labourer

Havelock Homes is looking to hire a Renovation Labourer to join our team. As a crucial member of our renovation crew, you will be responsible for executing various tasks to complete projects. This role requires a combination of physical labour and the ability to work safely and efficiently. Primarily working in the Guelph and surrounding area, our team boasts 60 years of combined experience and reputable client relationships. Our business specializes in custom home builds, renovations and additions within the community. We pride ourselves in quality work and attention to detail, and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.

**SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Safely operate hand and power tools necessary for demolition work.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Strong attention to detail, specifically within residential settings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- A positive attitude and a keen interest in the renovation industry

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience with demolition work and the ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as jackhammers and demolition saws.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
