Residential Draftsperson

For over three decades, Warman Homes has been building both Ready to Move (RTM) Homes and On Site Built Homes. Responsibilities will include:

- Custom home design - from preliminary design work to full construction drawings
- 3D Modelling for website, advertising, and custom renovation work
- Custom cabinet layouts
- Structural floor design and layouts
- Working with an engineer to provide notes and create details when required
- Energy code compliance on all projects

Qualifications:

- Diploma from a recognized Architectural Program
- 1-3 years min. related experience in residential design or construction industry
- Experience with 3D CAD software to create both interior and exterior models
- Experience with structural design and engineering programs an asset but not required
- Attention to detail with ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
