**Job Position**

Corporate Financial Controller

**Purpose**

Manage the consolidation of the financial data for all the entities and provide accurate financial consolidated reports

**By 6 Months**:
**What Success Looks Like**:

- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements by the 12th of the next month
- Responsible for the full accounting process for different entities, including the inter-company accounts reconciliation
- Prepare various reporting/analytical packages requested by the VP Finance
- Manage the Cash Flow of the Group entities
- Manage, guide, support and develop the finance team

**KPI**:

- All the Group entities Financials are closed before the 10th of the next month
- Follows-up the KPI’s results and provides recommendations for the process improvement

**By 12 Months**:
**What Success Looks Like**:

- Perform variance analysis between budget and actual results for all departments
- Create and maintain forecasting reporting tools for cashflow and budgets.
- Analyze profitability by order and division, based on each division’s KPI
- Responsible for the year-end audit file and the filing of tax returns

**KPI**:

- Follow the KPI’s for each division and order
- Improved AP and AR relations and standardized payments by day 45.
- Executive team can make proper corrective decisions based on the reported variances.

- Knowledge of ERP Systems, QuickBooks and excellent Excel Skills.
- Display accountability and meets deadlines.

- Able to produce consolidated financial statements and accounting reports in CAD GAAP/IFRS.

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance / Accounting.
- CPA designation.
- Minimum five years experience in consolidated financial reports and financial analysis.

Contrôleur financier d'entreprise.

**Objectif**

Gérer la consolidation des données financières de toutes les entités et fournir des rapports financiers consolidés précis.

**D'ici 6 mois**:
**A quoi ressemble le succès**:

- Préparer les états financiers consolidés mensuels pour le 12 du mois suivant.
- Responsable de l'ensemble du processus comptable pour les différentes entités, y compris le rapprochement des comptes interentreprises.
- Préparer les différents rapports et analyses demandés par le VP Finance.
- Gérer les flux de trésorerie des entités du groupe.
- Gérer, guider, soutenir et développer l'équipe financière.

**KPI**:

- Tous les états financiers des entités du groupe sont clôturés avant le 10 du mois suivant.
- Suivre les résultats des indicateurs KPI et fournir des recommandations pour l'amélioration des processus.
