TIL-KA Construction Inc. - DKI is a General Construction and Restoration Company with over 27 years of experience and can handle all of our customers’ building, renovation and disaster clean-up needs. Our company focuses on residential and light commercial projects including window & door installations, new home construction, and interior/exterior home and commercial renovations projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Experience in residential and/or commercial renovations
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements for residential and light commercial new build or renovation projects
- Build/install foundations, floor beams, erect walls and roof systems, windows, doors, stairs and complete other interior and exterior finishing.
- Manage the set-up/take down of project sites including equipment, materials, scaffolding, etc.
- Identify risks, safety issues and ensure the crew is following company policies and OSHA Safety Standards
- Communicate effectively with the Manager and the Customer to ensure project completion.
- Supervise other workers & work with apprentices
- Competitive wage to be negotiated depending on experience.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
