_*This is mostly a remote position, however, you may be asked to meet up in person, join events, or support in-person with other miscellaneous activities. You are not required to have a car, but a license is required. _

Our CEO, Jess Grossman, is looking for a full-time **Content Creator & Personal Assistant** to be her right hand. This role would include helping manage and prioritize her day-to-day workload, her calendar and appointments, as well as to assist in creating content to keep her verified Instagram account and other socials up-to-date, as well as collect and create content for the company pages, and support her charitable endeavors.
- Work with Jess and you will be: _
- Strategizing, collecting, editing, and publishing content across personal and company social media platforms
- Managing personal communications and appointments across personal, company, and charity requests
- Supporting on upcoming speaking engagements, TV or other events appearances
- Managing and coordinating deliverables between Jess and others in the agency or from other entities such as her agent.
- Working on special projects including those related to In Social and her charitable endeavors
- Working alongside the In Social team across industry and client verticals to help organize meeting agendas, ensuring Jess completes her required tasks, etc.
- To work with Jess, you should:_
- Have an interest in working for, and supporting an extremely busy CEO
- Have at least 1-2 years experience with social media content creation
- Have exceptional writing and reading comprehension skills
- Know how to use Google Workspace, Slack,
- Be comfortable with self-management and ensuring all tasks are completed without requiring oversight
- Have impeccable time management skills
- Be extremely discrete, especially as it relates to medical situations and needs
- Be obsessed with organization and ensuring everything is in its place
- Be able to adapt to situations as they arise
- Be a genuine person (sorry, no bullsh*t here)
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Pay incredible attention to detail, so you would put ISCCPA24 in your cover letter
- Want to take the work seriously, but enjoy an unserious boss who usually prefers to make work fun
- Be able to adapt your schedule and assist outside of typical work hours

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
