Contract duration: 130 days

Start date: March 2023
Location**:Hybrid / NCR**
Language: English

Clearance: Secret clearance

**Responsibilities could include but are not limited to**:

- The Contractor will create and maintain 7 Comm Gp SharePoint;
- Provide assistance and instruction on SharePoint usage and maintenance;
- Create and maintain documentation on site usage and maintenance procedures;
- Prepare site for the transition from SharePoint Server 2019 to SharePoint 365;
- The Contractor will complete required courses to further assist in their daily duties;
- The Contractor must be able to problem solve when faced with obstacles within the scope of work as provided above.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in SharePoint administration:

- Setting up SharePoint sites
- Modifying existing sites
- Administering user access rights
- Upgrading existing sites to a new version of SharePoint
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with Microsoft 365 suite.

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- working with Microsoft 365 suite: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SECRET clearance (required)
