Starting Pay Rate: $18.40

Co-Op are cycled, full time opportunities for engineering students who are currently enrolled in a four-year college/university.

**Co-ops will complete 3 rotations beginning **Summer 2024**. The co-op will need to still be enrolled in school during these semesters to be eligible.**

**General Statement of Responsibilities**:
Performs various duties as assigned to support project administrative duties necessary for the successful execution of a project.

**Skills and Requirements**

- Experience maintaining parts inventory

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Road occupancy permits: Prepare, submit, record and produce reports for each respective municipality, both remote or in person as required by the individual municipality.
- Prepare, submit, and manage One-Call tickets for excavation activities
- Inventory: maintain local inventory reports. Assist in inventory counts, reordering equipment.
- Accept shipments and packages delivered to office. Arrange for shipment of packages
- Subcontractor Work Data Verification: Organizing, filing, and data entry. Verification of crew data entry to field reports. Reconciliation of invoices and recorded to data. Identifying, communicating, and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare customer asset spreadsheets: maintain segment spreadsheets with data entered by Novinium crews in company database. Filing, data entry and organizing of subcontractor daily time sheets.
- Work with Team Leads and submit daily billables ad customer documentation
- Update as-built prints with input from Team Leads
- Assist in arrangement of employee training
- Manage and arrange scheduling for testing equipment and PPE as per local regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Hours of work: Flexibility from 6am to 5pm, with preference towards 1pm to 5pm each week, M-F
- Location: Concord, ON office.

**Eligibility Requirements**
- Ability to work 40-hour work weeks during rotation
- Willingness and ability to commit to a minimum of 3 rotations
- Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
- Minimum GPA 2.5
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
