How You'll Succeed
- Business Development. Uncover and identify opportunities to improve the client experience and business effectiveness in Fee Based Solutions and the Unified Account initiative through analytical review of current procedures and functions. Assist Product and Senior Product Managers in data analysis, development of project plans and executing program wide initiatives in areas such as investment management, investment strategy launches, trading and operations, reporting, training and marketing. Lead and coordinate internal website updates to provide accurate and dependable value-added product information, and alignment with firm and regulatory requirements. The role also supports the Executive Director by building presentations and business cases to support strategic initiatives linked to organizational goals.
- Relationship Management. Act as a valuable product resource for Product Managers, Investment Advisors, Branch Administrators, Sales Assistants, Call Centers, Technology, Marketing and Operations. Collaborate with team members in the creation of new client or Advisor facing marketing pieces to ensure inclusion of important product information and are updated in a timely manner. Assist in ensuring all product changes related to projects or regulatory requirements are implemented immediately and changes are communicated to stakeholders
- Operational Support. Act as primary point of contact, and participate in the day to day management of the Fee Based Solutions Mailboxes, effectively and efficiently resolving and/or re-routing queries and requests received from Wood Gundy branches. Assist in developing, maintaining and providing Quality Assurance for Fee Based Solution advisor, and client tax and performance reporting documents. Evaluate, document and extend approvals, where warranted, to Wood Gundy advisors seeking pricing or minimum investment exceptions within the Fee Based Solutions. Assist in transitioning the Fee Based Solutions onto the Unified Account program through analysis of pricing, Advisor activities and reviews of current processes for potential improvements

Who You Are
- You can demonstrate experience in financial services working and/or knowledge of the Canadian wealth management industry (3+ years). You ideally have knowledge of Fee-Based Solutions such as Separately Managed Accounts, Advisor Managed Discretionary programs, Non-Discretionary programs and/ or Unified Account programs.
