As Ontario’s largest community hospital, Osler serves a population of over 1.3 million people living in one of the fastest growing and most culturally diverse regions of Canada. Serving the residents of Brampton, Etobicoke, and surrounding communities within the Central West Local Health Integration Network. Osler’s emergency departments are among the busiest in Canada and its labor and delivery program is one of the largest in the province

**Job Duties / Responsiblites**:

- Working on assigned shifts
- Work 12-hour shifts providing proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents.
- Write reports and investigate routine incidents
- Respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner
- Display excellent customer service skills
- Work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
- In this role, it is essential that you are physically fit and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in a security or related role is required
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- A WSIB Approved First Aid/CPR Level C
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- COVID Double Vaccination
- Immunization Record (MMR - Measles Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, TB)
- Customer Service Experience
