We are currently looking for a Registered Chiropractor to join our team of practitioners (Physiotherapists and Registered Massage Therapists) at our Lakeshore location. The Chiropractor plays a critical role in our Wellness department by providing hands-on treatments and physical rehabilitation to new and existing patients of our Wellness clinic.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Complete chiropractic assessments and re-assessments, and deliver chiropractic services, as per the College of Chiropractors of Ontario’s guidelines.
- Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop treatment programs through verbal instruction and written guidelines.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Complete all required documentation, statistical information, reports and correspondence, in accordance with Regional/Provincial Acts and Guidelines and College of Chiropractors of Ontario guidelines, as applicable.
- Ensure that services provided meet Mayfair Clubs customer service standards.
- Manage information in accordance with relevant legislation, regulatory college and corporate standards.
- Work alongside team members (other Chiropractors, RMTs and Physiotherapists) to offer the best possible health care, treatment, and rehabilitation to all patients of the clinic.
- Provide hands-on chiropractic services, which may include adjustments, manipulations, soft tissue therapy, etc.
- Safe and effective use of chiropractic equipment

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL**
- Post-secondary degree and/or master’s degree in chiropractic or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must provide proof of membership to the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO).
- 3+ years' experience providing chiropractic services to clients.
- 3+ years' experience assessing clients’ physical conditions and building individualized treatment programs.
- Must be in good standing with all insurance companies for billing purposes.
- Experience and training in performing chiropractic adjustments and manipulations.
- Knowledge of specialized equipment to promote pain relief and optimize participation in activities of daily living.
- Knowledge of related legislation, standards, acts, regulations, and guidelines relevant to the role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a range of internal and external stakeholders while focusing on fostering collaborative work relationships.
- Strong time management and presentation skills, and experience working with tight deadlines.
- Assessment skills and the ability to plan chiropractic treatment plans.
- Strong ability to develop relationships and work in a welcoming and inclusive environment, where diversity is celebrated and where everyone can develop to their full potential.
- Ability to work during and outside of regular business hours, as required.
