**Job Summary**:
You will play a dual role in supporting our day-to-day IT operations and contributing to our marketing efforts. This position is ideal for someone who is both technically savvy and creatively inclined. Someone eager to take on varied challenges ranging from IT troubleshooting to assisting with our branding and content creation partner.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Support**:

- Provide daily low-level IT troubleshooting for staff, addressing common technical issues promptly.
- Onboard and offboard users on Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless access and security compliance.
- Offer training and support to team members on common software and hardware issues.
- Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation and user guides.

**Marketing and Creative Services**:

- Collaborate with our marketing partner to develop and implement creative strategies that align with company goals.
- Assist in basic graphic design such as in-house documents, proposals and visual meeting content.
- Liaise with our design partner updating social media accounts, blog posts and newsletters, while interacting with the online community.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant positions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding consistency.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support team members.
