HIRING POSITIONS:

- Painter (Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, wages from $16 - $20/hr)
- Interior and Exterior Painting/Staining
- REWARDS the most HARDWORKING, TIME EFFICIENT individuals with raises, bonuses and other incentives

MUST KNOWS:

- We hire based on attitude and reward based on results
- Location will vary depending on the job site (all within the city of London)
- No prior painting experience is required but definitely preferred. You will be taught everything there is to know about interior and exterior painting and staining. You will be taught how to communicate with clients, set up job sites and ladders/equipment safely, and complete projects efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
- All positions must participate in marketing (30min per day of door to door canvassing to obtain new painting leads for the business)
- Painters must be comfortable working at heights (on A-Frame and extension ladders while painting the interior or exterior of homes)

*Access to a vehicle is preferred*

I will teach you everything you need to have both a lucrative and fun summer painting houses with awesome people You must be coachable and open to constructive criticism. Friendly, fun environment, encouraging personal growth, and focused on hard work. You will be gaining valuable marketing experience to improve both sales techniques and communication skills
