We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a software project manager. The responsibilities of the software project manager include overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating cross-functional teams from product concept to deployed in market.

To be successful as a **Project Manager - Product Lifecycle Management,** you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch software project manager should have good communication and decision-making skills.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects or work streams across various areas of the business to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of high-quality technology solutions
- Support multiple technology projects or work streams at a time from project discovery and initiation through implementation, serving as a Project Manager
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Organizes project team members to ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives
- Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
- Identify, track, and manage risks and issues throughout the project working to define a path to resolution
- Track project progress and report project status to stakeholders utilizing project management best practices and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Software Project Manager Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and software development.
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
- Excellent technical knowledge.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and organization
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- 7 to 10 years of demonstrated experience of Project Management Methodology (PMBOK or similar)
- Experience with Systems Development Life Cycle
- Comprehensive understanding of PM Artifacts and Components of the Project Management Lifecycle
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Being proactive to resolve issues
