'''Duties''' - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of carpentry work - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials - Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding - Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and roofs - Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment '''Experience''' - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Carpenter - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation - Knowledge of masonry techniques for bricklaying and blocklaying - Ability to perform heavy lifting and carry materials as required - Experience in tile laying and installation - Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation - Understanding of plumbing systems for installation purposes - Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing joints and seams - Basic electrical knowledge for wiring installations - Experience in construction painting for finishing touches - Familiarity with roofing techniques for repair or installation Note: Please provide a portfolio or examples of previous work during the interview process. **Salary**: $18.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
