Yoga Instructor

Responsibilities:

- Lead yoga classes for individuals or groups, providing guidance and instruction in various yoga poses and techniques
- Create a safe and welcoming environment for participants to practice yoga
- Develop and modify yoga sequences to accommodate different skill levels and abilities
- Demonstrate proper form and alignment during yoga poses
- Provide verbal cues and hands-on adjustments to help participants improve their practice
- Offer modifications or alternatives for participants with physical limitations or injuries
- Educate participants on the benefits of yoga and how it can improve overall health and well-being
- Foster a sense of community and connection among participants
- Maintain a clean and organized yoga studio space

Qualifications:

- Certified yoga instructor with a recognized certification program
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills to effectively plan and structure yoga classes
- Ability to lead and inspire others through effective leadership skills
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to provide a positive experience for participants

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3-5 per week

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
