Excel is PTIB Designated and maintains representation in the BC Career College Association, including representation on the BCCCA Board. The College is a designated institute through the BC Student Assistance Program(Student Aid BC), and all diploma programs offered at Excel qualify for funding options

We're currently seeking a Business Management Instructor to join our team in Surrey, BC.
This is a part-time (25 hours ), instructional role will allow you to make a real impact on the lives of our students. As our Business Management Instructor, you'll be responsible for facilitating the development of our students' knowledge and skills in Business Management. You'll deliver engaging classes using active and collaborative learning approaches and participate in student advising and administrative duties.

With your prior experience in teaching Business Management courses or workplace training, you'll be able to inspire and educate our students to reach their full potential. To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree in Business Management or a related field. In addition, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Your organizational and administrative skills should be exceptional, allowing you to meet deadlines, manage student records, and respond to student inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in business management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to set up your class for success
- Familiarity with e-commerce and online sales strategies
- Knowledge of accounting, finance and business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
