The Crew Lead assists in ensuring the safe, clean and reliable operation of the assigned conservation area(s) participating in general maintenance of all facilities, grounds and structures, enforcement of rules and regulations, cash handling, excellent customer service, and in the absence of the Conservation Area Coordinator, provides seasonal staff leadership within the assigned Conservation Area. The positions works within a team environment reporting to the Conservation Area Coordinator (LWCA/DWCA).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: $22.51-$26.33 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Night shift
