**Responsibilities**
- Supporting both Daytona and City Homes, the Warranty Superintendent is responsible for fostering repeat and referral customers through timely completion and quality workmanship of warranty deficiencies._
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and attitude when working with trades/supplier partners and homeowners
- Coordinator trades days directly with homeowners and partners, ensuring seamless communication.
- Tackle basic carpentry tasks, demonstrating your hands-on skills and dedication to quality work.
- Lead in primary and anniversary visit, addressing deficiencies and assisting trades in completing repairs.
- Maintain the appearance of showhomes, utilizing your time effectively between appointments.
- Share your technical experiences with construction team, identifying and rectifying deficiencies before they become issues.
- Handle emergency warranty work, directing sub-trades to ensure timely resolutions and satisfaction
- Adhere to and enforce the company’s safety policies and procedures
- Maintain positive relationships with trade partners
- Create, manage and close work orders in assigned areas
- Manage the emergency on-call phone 1 week at a time in rotation with other staff throughout the year
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a service, warranty, or construction role
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to work occasional evenings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organization and planning skills;
- Ability to work independently with little supervision. Self motivated and reliable.
- Ability to get along with various personality types and play an active role in the team
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Valid drivers’ license
- Comfortable using basic hand tool and power tools
- Maintain a professional appearance

**Education**:

- Bachelors degree in a construction management field or related (asset, not required)
- Associate Construction Certificate (asset, not required)
- WHMIS 2015 (required, will be provided if applicant does not have)
- Emergency First Aid (required, will be provided if applicant does not have)

- 8 hour shift
