MTN HOUSE has 99 newly renovated hotel rooms, an elevated fine dining restaurant and a Nordic Spa (opening July 2024). Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, you will the prime arrival and departure ambassador for all MTN house by facilitating an elevated welcoming experience including luggage handling, valet service, Lobby & fireplace upkeep, and basic concierge duties.

**Wage**: $19-$20

Full-time/Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Daily welcoming of all guests in the porte cochere and lobby areas.
- Provide luggage assistance when needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and elevate appearance of the porte cochere and lobby areas.
- Maintain and manage the fireplace as needed.
- Provide basic concierge services such as 3rd party attraction bookings and other similar reservations.
- Facilitate dining reservations for Rhythm & Howl and ensure any dietary information and special requests are communicated to the F&B team.
- Act as a Lobby Ambassador during peak business levels to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all guests.

**Requirements**:

- Prior physical customer service experience in an public area is an asset.
- Hotel PMS experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Webrez Pro is an asset.
- Adaptable to working both indoor and outdoor.

minimum 3 years Canadian Class 5 Driver License with a clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to prioritize and organize.
- Able to work well independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Take initiative in solving problems.
- People forward mentality with a can-do attitude.
- Clean criminal record check.
