**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:

- Communicate effectively with guests, building a rapport and problem solving any issues that may arise
- Promote and secure guest room bookings utilizing sales and customer service techniques
- Oversee the Housekeeping and Guest Services teams, providing coaching and training for a superior customer service experience
- Maintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure a safe and clean experience for hotel guests, employees and members of the public
- Work with the General Manager to establish and discuss budgets as well as hotel rooms operational requirements
- Conduct inventory and purchase required supplies in accordance with purchasing processes
- Foster a positive work environment and supportive culture by living our Purpose, Vision and Values for the team and our guests
- Other duties as assigned

**YOU HAVE**:

- Post-secondary education in hotel management or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years' experience within the hotel industry
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a supervisory/managerial position
- Experience with Property Management System (PMS) software
- Positive, outgoing and friendly team player
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
