**Real Estate Project Manager and Administrative Assistant**

Reporting to and working directly with the co-founders of a private real estate investment and asset acquisition company, the successful hire shall assist on the maintaining the company’s current rapid growth in acquisitions.

In addition to acquisitions in the Montreal area, which comprise of a combination of long term and short term residential doors and commercial doors, they are in process of acquiring land on international ground and building wellness retreat centres.

This is an exciting new role offered by this employer. The successful hire shall help them create and implement systems (in terms of software and basic procedures). The successful hire’s input and ideas shall be greatly valued and welcomed.

This is a Hybrid position, working 2 to 3 days at home and the other days at the office in Outremont.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Researching products and contractors for various real estate projects
- Setting up software systems with the owner.
- Communicating with ease in both spoken and written French and English with tenants and suppliers.
- Create and Maintain schedule for bill payments.
- Reviewing and report financials with bookkeeper
- Light admin tasks such as Booking flights, Organizing office supplies, etc.
- Managing renewal of tenant leases (both commercial and long and short term rentals)
- Be the tenants’ contact for service requests

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Perfectly bilingual. French and English writing skills needs to be at an intermediate level.
- Proficient with Google drive, Microsoft, cloud storage and Ideally user of Apple phone and operating system.
- Meticulous and very detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time
- Ability to work in Outremont 2 to 3 days per week.
- Ability to take lead and have foresight of what needs to get done in order to accomplish a project
- At least 3 solid years of experience managing real estate projects and assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
