A good MSR is welcoming and dependable with strong communication skills. You're on the front line, making a difference every day - whether you're processing routine transactions or making suggestions and referrals for financial products and services. As a MSR you will provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of cash and non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives.
- _This position is considered full time (37.50 hours/week) for an anticipated 9-month term only, currently deemed to end on December 31, 2024. The actual length of which could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements._

A Grade 12 education is the minimum requirement for this position, but you'll have a leg up if you have post-secondary training. Experience in sales and customer service is required. Work is located in a normal office environment, with typical demands including computer use and keyboarding; light physical exertion including lifting; sitting and standing for long periods of time.
