**A day in the life as a Lending Support Administrator Specialist**:

- Provide administrative and direct support to the Operations Support and retail sales teams.
- Responsible for completing back-office lending functions including report review and preparation, internal account balancing and remittances, and document verification.
- You will support our branch staff by promptly responding to lending service requests and inquiries; here at Westoba, we are member focused whether we work frontline in our branches or support functions at our Corporate Office.
- Prepare and analyze lending reports (monthly, quarterly, annually etc.)
- Ensure all assigned lending activities are compliant with legislation, regulations, policy, and procedures.
- Support the process of continuous improvement of all processes specific to the administration of retail and business lending.
- Accountable for lending administration functions, including but not limited to: credit bureau inquiries, posting financial entries, maintenance of loan reports, balancing of internal account and 3rd party remittances.
- Accurately processing entries for new and existing commercial, equipment, and retail loans while handling documentation control and reporting.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- Formal post-secondary education in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Services preferred.
- Minimum two years financial industry experience; previous loan and mortgage administration experience is an asset.
