**We are looking for a Site Supervisor experienced in Multi Unit Residential Construction**. The Site Super is responsible for overseeing the construction activities that take place on 1-3 projects. Work locations are throughout Vancouver and West Vancouver.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise all work crews on the sites including staff and sub-trades
- Under the Site Super, achieve the quality standards of Solaris on all facets of the project
- Manage the day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestone dates, and overall schedule completion date is met
- Understand the project plans/specifications to identify potential construction delays
- Report any changes in project scope
- Ensure all staff and contractors adhere to safety policy/standards to maintain a safe job site

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in single family residential construction working for a General Contractor
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, continually changing environment (dealing with trades, budget constraints, tight project deadlines)
- Previous experience overseeing construction sites or projects is essential
- Demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the construction of single-family residences.
- Demonstrated understanding of the BC and Vancouver building code as it pertains to single family residences.
- Exceptional English language use for written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills (SmartSheets, ContractorForeman MS OneDrive and Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Residential Construction: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- BC Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: One location

Expected start date: 2023-01-16
