The corporate sales account manager will be responsible for managing assigned accounts, developing strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, growing revenue, and participating in negotiations and forecasting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all aspects of assigned accounts, including sales and profit, strategy, and retailer management.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, connecting with key stakeholders and preparing sales reports and business plans.
- Travelling within Canada multiple times a year.
- Collaborating with the VP of Sales, Sales Manager, and internal departments to identify and recommend business opportunities for assigned accounts.
- Growing revenue for assigned accounts and producing annual sales budgets.
- Participating in weekly sales meetings, attending key account line reviews, vendor shows and industry trade shows, and frequently meeting with account buyers.
- Participating in negotiations of yearly programs and forecasting accurate sales figures.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in National Accounts management.
- Extensive experience in retail key account sales management, retail distribution/channel management, direct or indirect sales management responsibilities
- Direct hands-on knowledge and experience of retail buying patterns, timing, negotiation strategies, pricing, discounts, allowances and store support.

Skills and Abilities:

- Experience with software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong selling skills, and a customer-focused approach to sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, and the ability to work as a member of a dynamic sales team.
