We are a boutique Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Solutions service provider that works with major financial institutions across the world. We are a growing organization, headquartered in Brossard. We are looking to attract a highly motivated, positive, and responsible individual that will complement our existing team.

Gestion de risques VSR Canada is looking for a Chargeback Specialist who will:

- Participate in the relationships with the key third-party service providers & partners who are required to deliver these chargeback services to our customers
- Participate and innovate in the development of support flows, processes, and procedures to address and resolve incidents and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Finance, Customer Service and Compliance teams to help deliver and operate new chargeback processes
- Act as an escalation point for the Customer Service team to investigate customer issues
- Expand and refine on chargeback strategies

**Who you are**:

- Someone with experience in Fintech, particularly with experience in Pre-Paid Card programs in the areas of operations and risk. Banking or Card Program Manager experience also highly desired, with experience in acquiring and/or issuing, specifically as it relates to compliance, fraud and risk management.
- Ability to think and operate at a “strategic level,” but drive execution on a “tactical level” with the willingness to roll-up sleeves
- Data-driven mindset and highly analytical with the desire and ability to dig into metrics to derive insights and drive decisions
- Someone who is willing to be a heavy-hitter with regards to day-to-day operations of chargebacks and disputes, as well as someone who can review data and escalate required reports.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Science, Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years chargeback management experience, preferably within the payment card industry.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fraud and risk role within a financial services organization.
- Advanced chargeback knowledge and experience.
- Ability to analyze data and discern trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a very high attention to detail.
- Good judgment and demonstrated sound decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to change in a high-growth business environment and work independently.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated customer centric approach.
- Strong computer skills, with advanced skills in Excel mandatory.
- Familiarity with risk-based transaction monitoring systems is a plus.

**Additional Critical Skills**:

- Issuer Chargeback management and customer dispute resolution
- Experienced in MasterCard Connect and Mastercom Chargeback manager
- Experience in Chargeback with the UPI network
