**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing help as needed.
- Adhere to food handling and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and service areas throughout the shift.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining environment
- Knowledge of food service practices, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and requests.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues in a busy setting.
