**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track the progress of drivers.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a database of driver information and locations.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Provide customer service support to drivers and customers.
- Keep records of driver schedules, routes, and delivery times.
- Dispatch drivers to appropriate locations.

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
