Responsible for overall operations in the kitchen. Ability to understand food costing and menu planning. Moderate levels of paperwork. Duties include ensuring the kitchen is clean, safety standards, food prep and waste standards are met. Must be able to manage staff as well as work beside them to deliver quality food.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Culinary: 2 years (preferred)
- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
