**Here’s what we need**:

- We’re looking for talented General Managers who are committed to providing the best-in-class member and team member experience. Our leaders are self-motivated, thrive in high-energy and high-volume environments.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**:

- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members
- Manage team member performance standards, with ongoing development, training, and coaching
- Impact member retention and deliver the “Wow Member Experience”
- Scheduling and labor management
- Member service resolution with pace and empathy
- Resolving or escalating employee issues or concerns
- Lead generation and outreach efforts to impact new member sales
- New member acquisition and member integration into all services and programs offered
- Team member goal setting, development plans, and staff meetings
- Involvement and supervision in all front desk activities.
- Maintain a crisp, clean facility through compliance with Daily Cleaning Checklist and facility/equipment work order oversight
- Ensure consistent compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards

- Understand labor control, optimal staffing levels, and controls overtime
- Maintain high standards for facility cleanliness and organization

- Basic understanding of industry, market, and key business drivers

**Skills, Education, Experience**:

- 2+ years of service-oriented assistant management experience
- Business management degree or equivalent proven experience
- Experience with supervising and developing employees

**Physical Demands**:
This is a physical role requiring the employee to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
