**Employment Opportunity**:
**Plumber/Gasfitter**
NRG Management is looking to employ an experienced 4th year Plumber or Journeyman with knowledge and
experience in domestic water, sanitary drainage and heating systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have prior experience in industrial and commercial projects
- Must have attention to detail and high craftsmanship standards
- Must have prior experience managing Subcontractors
- Accurately understand construction drawings and specifications
- Must be able to layout penetrations, and visualize mechanical room layouts
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to direct a crew with weekly and day to day tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to forecast workflow 2-4 weeks ahead of time and manage manpower onsite
- Promoting Safety in the workplace and conduct safety meetings
- Scheduling of material deliveries
- Report to Project Manager about scheduling, costs, and safety documentation or concerns
- Experience with Machinery such as zoom booms and forklifts is an asset
- Demonstrate practical problem solving ability**

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a registered apprentice or hold a valid Journeyman’s license**
- Hold a valid driver’s license and own a dependable vehicle
- Facility maintenance experience is an asset**

Full Time Position M-F 8am-430pm
Various jobsites throughout Winnipeg and surrounding communities
