Florist Assistant

*Overview* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the floral department. *Responsibilities* - Design and create various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, and corsages - Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their occasions - Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and supplies - Keep the floral department clean and organized - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently - Operate POS systems for transactions - Provide expert advice on plant care and maintenance *Skills* - Proficiency in E-commerce platforms for online orders - Experience with POS systems for transactions - Previous cashiering experience in a retail setting - Knowledge of landscape maintenance to ensure plant health - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with garden products and supplies - Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus - Excellent customer service skills to assist and engage with customers

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.30-$18.09 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
