**VFX PRODUCTION COORDINATOR**

Hello Playfight is seeking a talented VFX Production Coordinator to join our team.

This is a 6-12 month term contract position with flexible work hours and possible extension based on future contracts.

Playfight has recently wrapped production on Code 8 Part II (NETFLIX) and is currently in pre production/post production on Billy The Kid (EPIX), Davey and Jonsie’s Locker (HULU/PRIME), and an NDA independent sci-fi feature.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Working directly with the supervision and management team supporting 1-3 projects
- Tracking, maintaining and communicating shot progression, revisions, omits, notes and other changes with the production managers via VFX tracking software.
- Organize and prepare media/documentation for review sessions, scrums, dailies, or meetings
- Help communicate successes, and flag risks and challenges throughout production in real time to supervisors
- Preparing inbound and outbound packages between clients and/or production teams
- Provide administrative support to the VFX Team

**QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- 2+ years experience in VFX
- Familiarity or direct experience with multiple VFX departments ideal
- Able to comfortably and efficiently work remotely
- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with artist type and client type personalities
- Expertise in spreadsheet and VFX tracking software (Sheets/Excel/Ftrack/Shotgrid)
- Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent resident of Canada or have a valid open work permit.

This is a full-time English-language contract position at 40-hours per week with a salary range up to $24.04 per hour ($50,000/yr).

Playfight has a hybrid work model, primarily focused on remote working. Employees can be expected to work from our downtown studio for in-person sessions or creative/management meetings 1-2 times a week if required.
